Samantha is a classically trained Soprano from Miami, Florida.
A recipient of the Opera Director’s Student Appreciation Award, she holds a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Central Florida, as well as an Associates from Valencia College.
Most recently, she portrayed the role of Annina in Verdi’s La Traviata with Miami Lyric Opera, Opera Tampa’s productions of Die Fledermaus as Ida and the role of Greta in the world premiere of Anton Coppola’s Lady Swanwhite. Other roles to note include Laetitia in Menotti’s The Old Maid and the Thief, Fiordiligi in Mozart’s Così fan tutte, Arabella in Strauss’ Arabella, and Second Woman in Purcell’s Dido and Aeneas. She continues to perform in countless concerts, recitals and productions throughout Florida, including roles and opera chorus with companies such as Palm Beach Opera, Miami Lyric Opera, Opera Tampa, Opera Orlando and Constitution Records.
Samantha’s upcoming engagements include the role of Frasquita in Bizet’s
Carmen with Miami Lyric Opera, covering the lead role of Rosario in the world premiere of the new musical, The Pirate’s Daughter by Romanza Lyric Opera, and opera chorus in Verdi’s Falstaff with Palm Beach Opera.
